5 Crispy Low-Carb Snacks to Satisfy Your Cravings On the Go

Low-carb diets are wildly popular for a reason – there’s no quicker way to drop a few pounds (or sizes) than by dropping the carbohydrates. The only drawback is that a low-carb lifestyle doesn’t necessary lend itself to convenience, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a proper low-carb snack on the go (at least not outside the produce section). But with a little time and even fewer ingredients, you can whip up batches of tasty snacks that’ll satisfy cravings and help you crush temptation.

Cheese Crisps

This genius recipe involves a grand total of TWO ingredients – and one of them is optional. Simply measure out a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese (or other hard cheese, such as Parmesan) in a thin circle, sprinkle with the optional herb or seasoning of your choice and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.  It’s imperative to cover your baking sheet with parchment.
