Here’s How to Keep Your Skin Glowing into Fall & Winter

Maintaining glowing, healthy skin in the fall and winter can be a struggle for many of us. As the air gets colder and drier, our skin takes a beating. Focus on drinking one eight-ounce glass every hour and you will be properly hydrated. Set up a reminder app on your phone or computer with reminders to drink water at the top of every hour.

Drinking enough water helps your skin to glow from the inside out. With the right amount of hydration in your skin cells, your moisturizers and lotions will go further.

Take Advantage of Night Creams

Night creams are heavier lotions that are too thick to wear as a daytime moisturizer, but at night, they’re perfect for really sinking in and replenishing the moisture you lost during the day.

You also have the option of making your own hydrating masks, usually with items you already have lying around the kitchen. Get Rid of Dead Skin
